Three years, one clear pattern

Every client who buys a website also buys hosting, and hosting renews every year. That is why the business kept collecting even in its hardest year.

2023 Launch Company founded in Dubai

OTP Technologies starts in September 2023 and wins its first 21 clients in four months, collecting about AED 6,950 a month.

2024 The jump Monthly collections double

87 new clients and 102 paying clients. Collections reach AED 167,703, about AED 13,975 a month: twice the launch level.

2025 Renewals Renewals more than double

Renewal income grows from AED 49,053 to AED 102,000 (+108%). The client base pays again without new selling.

2026 Reset Licence gap, base still there

After the trade licence lapsed, the bank account stopped working and selling paused. 63 clients still paid. The plan below restarts growth.

Most OTP clients still use their first website design. Force replaces it with a modern site the client controls, plus a portal for their business. No risk for the client, fast cash for OTP.

Sales agrees the pages, the portal type and collects logo, photos and content.

Developer builds the design and the admin panel on the client's hosting.
